“I’m Not Okay”

Karen’s story is all too common for so many post-abortive women: a parent and/or boyfriend forces the woman to choose between them and the baby. In the end, the woman is left broken and empty. If you could see inside their soul, there would surely be a sign that says, “I’m not okay.”

Karen came to me for her After the Abortion photography session while still in the process of healing. While most women come to me further in their healing, I felt God could use Karen’s story even in her brokenness. I also believed firmly that her session would be a part of her healing.

Let’s surround this precious lady with love, prayers and encouragement!

I also wanted to add that I love using wedding dresses for this series. It reminds us how we are the bride of Christ!
